Leather, Lexol Conditioner, L2, 1 liter

Leather Conditioner.  Lexol made it's reputation in the Equestrian industry.  Now, they know leather.  What works so well on the range does a beautiful job on car leather.  Occasionally use Lexol Leather Cleaner first.

You should clean & Condition your leather regularily.  You can bring back any leather that is not cracked but ... why wait?  Summers demand more frequent treatments than winters do.  The extreme exposure of an open car will demand more than a coupe or sedan.  In any case, when the leather doesn't feel supply like YOUR skin, get out the Lexol.

Also available in 1/2 Liter spray and 3 Liter refill

What Lexol has to say ...

Leather Conditioner

The proper care of leather requires cleaning and conditioning regularly to keep it strong and resilient.

Lexol Conditioner is invaluable in breathing new life into old or neglected leather that has gotten hard, stiff or brittle. It extends the life of leather, protecting it from cracking and drying by renewing the natural oils used in the tanning process.

Lexol Conditioner is a liquid conditioner and preservative intended for use in the care and conservation of leather.  It works to preserve and maintain the strength, beauty and flexibility of leather -- old and new -- and to help restore resiliency to old or neglected leather that has become hardened and stiff.

Product Characteristics:

  • Lexol Conditioner is an emulsion much like those used in leather tanning so it puts back the essential oils to nourish and protect leather.
  • It is concentrated, so it cleans effectively with a considerably smaller quantity of product.
  • The modified oils in Lexol Conditioner are retained in the area of application to protect against migration, or seepage, into adjacent materials or surfaces.

Directions for use:

  1. Clean leather first with Lexol Leather Cleaner.
  2. Shake well.  Test small, inconspicuous area first.
  3. Apply a small amount of conditioner to a clean, wet Lexol applicator sponge or cloth.
  4. Rub into leather in a gentle massaging motion.  Wipe off excess and repeat if necessary.

Remember, a little bit of Lexol goes a long way.  Multiple light coats are better than one heavy coat.
