Backing Plate, Rotary 3" Velcro Backing Plate

Velcro surfaced 3" backing pad to fit a 5/8"x11 threaded shaft found on most rotary buffers. Use with 3" or 4" foam buffing pads.

NOTE:  This is the same backing pad found in the 3" kit.  There are also adapters available to convert the backer for a drill or DA.  See tools.
